Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Katy, TX with the possibility to grow into a full-time position. In this position, you will assess and treat children with communication, speech, and language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to support developmental goals. You will play a key role in helping children achieve growth and success through a family-focused approach.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Speech Therapy and techniques for fostering effective communication skills
  • Experience in assessing and treating Speech and Language Disorders
  • Knowledge of managing conditions such as Dysphagia and related swallowing disorders
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Communication and Language Disorders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with children and their families
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy and family-centered care is preferred
